Tax Season FAQ

Q: Are you accepting new clients?
A: Yes. We are accepting new clients for the 2016 filing season until March 28th. Clients who are not able to file their returns before March 28th will be put on extension, and we will file the returns during the Summer.

Q: Where are you located?
A: Our office is located in Downtown Littleton, two blocks north of Main Street on Prince.

Q: Do I have to come in for an appointment?
A: No, if you have the ability to scan your documents or take a legible photo, we can send you a secure Sharefile link to upload those documents directly to our office. Most returns can be completed remotely for both new and returning clients.

Q: If I choose to come in for an appointment, how long will it take?
A: Our appointments take about 20-30 minutes. In that time, you'll sit down with Kaleigh and review your tax documents while discussing the specifics of your tax situation. Then, you'll leave the information with us to complete your returns. We'll contact you if we have questions, or once your returns are completed.

Q: I work weird hours. Can I still get an appointment?
A: Yes, we are taking tax appointments Mondays 1PM - 7PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays 10AM - 7PM now through March 28th.

Q: How long does it take once I drop-off or transmit my information?
A: Our client's returns are completed on a first come, first served basis. When we've received all of your tax information, typically we are able to complete your return within 7 days.

Q: Can you electronically file my returns?
A: Yes, in most cases.

Q: Can you tell me how much my refund will be at my appointment?
A: We are not able to estimate your refund or liability on any tax returns until the returns have been completed.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: We charge $125 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum for each return. Our clients can find savings in our fees by having their documents well organized when they provide them to us, and making sure that they have received all of their documents before any are sent to our office.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, we accept all major credit cards. We can also accept checks or paypal.

Q: Oops, I just got another tax form and you've already filed my taxes. What now?
A: We are able to file an amended return to include the information that was not included in the original return, but we highly encourage our clients to make sure we include all information before we file the original return. Amended returns will incur additional fees.

Q: Is there really a Boston Terrier in your office?
A: Most days our mascot dog is present in our office.

Q: How do I make an appointment or get an upload link?
A: Call 303-284-1096.
